The duties of the tenant include:

2. Provision of parking spaces for a fee in the amount of not more than 40 rubles per 1 parking space, when placing more than 2 hours but not more than 9 hours working day;
3. Improvement of the territory, including:
- cleaning of the territory during winter and summer, including cleaning of access roads;
- restoration of asphalt pavement in case of deterioration during operation;
- Grassy mowing during the summer period;
- pouring of parking spaces.
4. $ Control over the observance of the placement of cars in the parking area (in terms of observance of the rules of parking not on pedestrian sidewalks and green spaces);
5. Reimbursement of consumed utilities (electricity). |
