This procedure is also not public competition and is not governed by the articles of part two 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The organizer has the right to reject all proposals received (s) for any reason whatsoever or discontinue purchases from a single artist at any time without incurring any liability to the counterparty
