Contract award criteria and Contract execution term:
Оценка Конкурсных заявок осуществляется Центральной конкурсной комиссией и иными лицами (экспертами и специалистами), привлеченными Центральной конкурсной комиссией. Оценка Конкурсных заявок включает отборочную стадию и оценочную стадию.
Предполагается, что проведение конкурса и подписание протокола о его результатах между Организатором конкурса и Победителем будет осуществлено в ПАО «Кубаньэнерго», по адресу: г. Краснодар, ул. Ставропольская, 2А, не позднее 60 дней с момента опубликования извещения. Организатор конкурса вправе, при необходимости, изменить данный срок.
Договор по результатам конкурса между Заказчиком и Победителем конкурса будет заключен в сроки установленные Конкурсной документацией.

The Organizer has set a requirement as to the supplier's not being recorded in the register of mala fide suppliers. Supplier's compliance with this requirement shall be checked by the Organizer on their own.

For Lot No. 1 the Customer shall accept the proposal from the Supplier ООО "ПИК "Резонанс" and enter into an Agreement for the final price 27 999 621,45 RUB(price excl. of VAT: 23 728 492,75 RUB).
