Payment terms:
The Customer makes an advance payment under this agreement by transferring funds to the Contractor’s current account in the amount of 30% of the cost of work within 30 (thirty) days from the date of conclusion of the contract, but not earlier than 5 working days after the Contractor secures the advance payment. The guarantee of the advance payment is provided no earlier than 10 days from the date of posting on the official website of the protocol on the basis of which the contract is concluded.
Payment under the contract is made monthly, within 30 (thirty) days from the moment the contractor submits certificates of acceptance of work performed (form No. KS-2), a certificate of the cost of work performed and costs (form No. KS-3) and the Customer receives an invoice, invoice - invoices by transferring funds in the amount of 70% of the presented cost of work to the account of the Contractor. 30% of the presented work cost is withheld in respect of repayment of the previously paid advance.
Documents are provided by the Contractor no later than the 24th day of the reporting month.
