Payment terms:
Payment of the works performed by the Subcontractor shall be made monthly, subject to receipt of budgetary funds from the Customer, within 30 (thirty) calendar days (for SMEs - no more than 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of the signing by the parties of the acceptance of the work performed by COP 2, the certificate of the cost of the work performed and the costs of COP 3 on the basis of the original account, the invoice, $ the works submitted by the Subcontractor to the General Contractor and the executive documentation agreed by the Customer. The invoice is issued by the Subcontractor in accordance with paragraph 3 of Art. 168 and paragraph 5 of Art. 169 of the NK of the Russian Federation. Monthly Acts for acceptance of performed works in the form of KS-2 and certificates on the cost of performed works and costs of KS-3 and invoice shall be provided by the Contractor no later than the 25th of the current month.
