Payments for the Works performed by the Contractor are made subject to clause 4.2 of the Agreement and are made by the General Contractor no earlier than 45 (Forty five) calendar days and no later than 75 (Seventy five) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act on acceptance of the work performed (form KS-2p) and Certificates of the cost of the work performed and costs (form KS-3), in accordance with the Schedule of the Work, subject to the provision of the original invoice for payment, invoice by the Contractor to the above documents.

Payments for the Works performed by the Contractor are made by the General Contractor in accordance with clause 4.1.1 of this Agreement and minus:
