Not earlier than 45 (forty five) calendar days and not later than 75 (seventy five) calendar days following the date of signing by the Buyer of the consignment note (TORG-12) in 2 copies (one copy for the Buyer and one copy for the Supplier), if subject to the provision of originals of primary documents: invoice, invoice; Consignment note (TTN), at least two copies; if the Goods are subject to certification in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation: documents on certification of the Goods; technical documentation; other documents provided for by the Terms of Reference.
If the Supplier belongs to small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs), in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 11, 2014 No. 1352 "On the specifics of participation of small and medium-sized businesses in the procurement of goods, works, services by certain types of legal entities", then p. 3.6. to state in the edition:
"Within 15 (Fifteen) business days ...") following the date of signing by the Buyer the consignment note (in the form of TORG-12), subject to the provision of original primary documents: invoice, invoice; consignment note (TORG-12) in 2 copies (one copy for the Buyer and one copy for the Supplier); Consignment note (TTN), at least two copies; documents on the certification of the Goods; technical documentation; other documents stipulated by the Terms of Reference. Delivery of the Goods under this Agreement is carried out to the place of delivery: RF. 396073, Novovoronezh, st. Pervomaiskaya, 2a. for subsequent export to the address of the branch of JSC "NIKIMT-Atomstroy" located in the People's Republic of Bangladesh
