Comments:
Обязательства участников запроса предложений, связанные с подачей предложений (не изменять и не отзывать Предложение в течение срока его действия, не предоставлять заведомо ложные сведения, заключить Договор в установленном порядке), обеспечиваются неустойкой на сумму 2% от предлагаемой участником цены договора (с учетом налогов).
Настоящее уведомление не является извещением о проведении конкурса и не имеет соответствующих правовых последствий. Заказчик имеет право отказаться от всех полученных предложений по любой причине или прекратить процедуру открытого запроса предложений в любой момент, не неся при этом никакой ответственности перед подрядчиками
