ZATO Sarov is a closed administrative-territorial entity of the State Atomic Energy Corporation "Rosatom", the legal status of which is established by Federal Law No. 3297-1 of July 14, 1992 "On Closed Administrative-Territorial Entity".
Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 11.06.1996 No. 693 approved the Regulation on ensuring a special regime in a closed administrative-territorial entity, on the territory of which the facilities of the Ministry of the Russian Federation for Atomic Energy are located.
On the territory of the closed city of Sarov, a special regime has been established for the safe operation of enterprises (organizations), which provides for restrictions on the entry of citizens into its territory.
To enter the closed city of Sarov, you need a pass. The contractor is independently obliged to timely draw up documents for entering the city in accordance with the established rules.
