Please note that:
- obtaining a permit for the entry of citizens for temporary or permanent stay in the territory of the closed administrative territorial entity is issued by the authorities of the regime service of the Customer and the FSB of the Russian Federation located on the territory of the closed administrative administrative center;
- the mechanism for obtaining a permit to enter the territory of a closed city also applies to all legal entities and individuals who are the winners of the procedures for placing orders for the supply of goods, works and services.
The Customer is not responsible for the actions of authorized persons who ensure the functioning of the regime of restricted entry to the territory of the Closed Administrative Territory upon admission or refusal of admission to the Participant.
