Обязательства участников запроса предложений, связанные с подачей предложений, обеспечиваются неустойкой на сумму 2% от предлагаемой участником цены договора (с учетом налогов).
2. Победителем запроса предложений будет выбран участник, предложивший в совокупности наилучшие технико-экономические условия в соответствии с настоящим уведомлением.
3. Договор по результатам запроса предложений, в случае определения победителя, будет заключен в течение 30 (тридцати) дней с момента подписания протокола по определению победителя запроса предложений.
4. Настоящее уведомление не является извещением о проведении конкурса, и не имеет соответствующих правовых последствий. Заказчик имеет право отказаться от всех полученных предложений по любой причине или прекратить процедуру открытого запроса предложений в любой момент, не неся при этом никакой ответственности перед поставщиками.
