Payment terms:
The Contractor, prior to the "05" day of the month following the month of provision of medical services, transfers to the Customer the Acts on the services rendered separately for each structural unit.
The Customer, within 30 calendar days from the date of signing the Act on the services rendered, pays for the services to the Contractor by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor. If the participant is an SMSB, then payment is made within 15 (fifteen) working days from the moment of signing the Act on the services rendered, makes payment for the services to the Contractor by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor.
Payment form - bank transfer. By agreement of the parties, other forms of payment may be used.
