The rent shall be paid by the Lessee monthly, within 45 (forty five) calendar days, but not earlier than 25 (twenty fifth) banking days from the end of the reporting period (if the procurement participant is a subject of SMEs - within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the end of the reporting period) by transferring funds to the Lessor’s current account on the basis of the invoice. The reporting period shall be considered the period of one calendar month in which the corresponding service was provided.
