Calculation for rendered Services is made within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of acceptance of rendered services, subject to submission by the Contractor of the following documents:
(a) Accounts;
b) the act of handover and acceptance of rendered services signed by the Parties;
c) invoices,
by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account specified in the Contract, and may also have a different form of settlement that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
