Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Payment for rendered Services is made in the following order:
1) if the contract is concluded with a non-SME entity:
The payment for the rendered and accepted by the Customer stages of the Services shall be carried out with a delay of 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of handover and acceptance of the rendered services, subject to submission of the Executor of the following documents:
(a) Accounts;
b) the act of handover and acceptance of rendered services signed by the Parties;
c) invoices;
d) conclusions of expert examination of industrial safety
by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account or in other ways not contrary to the legislation of the Russian Federation.
2) if the contract is concluded with an SME entity:
The payment for the rendered and accepted by the Customer stages of the Services shall be carried out with a delay of 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of handover and acceptance of the rendered services, subject to submission of the Executor of the following documents:
(a) Accounts;
b) the act of handover and acceptance of rendered services signed by the Parties;
c) invoices;
d) conclusions of expert examination of industrial safety
by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account or in other ways not contrary to the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Delivery terms:
Terms of service delivery (start/end): 01.07.2020 - 30.09.2020
Comments: 1. Place of summing up: 614990, Russia, Perm Krai, St. Perm, Komsomolsky pr., 48.
2. Offers are provided with a penalty of 2% of the initial (maximum) price of the contract (including taxes).
In case an initial (maximum) contract price does not exceed five million rubles, no bid security will be required.
3. The organizer of the request for proposals has the right to conduct the procedure of price
4. The winner of the request for proposals will be the participant who has collectively offered the best technical and economic conditions in accordance with this notice.
5. The contract on the results of the request for proposals, in case of determination of the winner, will be concluded within 20 (twenty) days, but not earlier than ten calendar days from the date of placement of the protocol on results procurement in a single information system.$
6. If necessary, the Customer shall have the right to extend the deadline for the acceptance of the Offers set in the Notice of the Request for Proposals with the notification of all participants.
