Auto-extension

Payment terms:
1) if the contract is concluded with a non-SME entity:
The payment for the services rendered and accepted by the Customer shall be carried out with a delay of 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of handover and acceptance of the rendered services, subject to submission of the Executor of the following documents:
(a) Accounts;
b) the act of handover and acceptance of rendered services signed by the Parties;
c) invoices,
d) conclusions of expert examination of industrial safety
by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account or in other ways not contrary to the legislation of the Russian Federation.
2) if the contract is concluded with an SME entity:
The payment for the services rendered and accepted by the Customer shall be carried out with a delay of 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of handover and acceptance of services provided by the Contractor of the following documents:
(a) Accounts;
b) the act of handover and acceptance of rendered services signed by the Parties;
c) invoices,
d) conclusions of expert examination of industrial safety
by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account or in other ways not contrary to the legislation of the Russian Federation.
