Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Final settlement with a deferral of 30 (Thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the acceptance certificate for the services rendered, subject to the submission by the Contractor of the following documents: a) the acceptance certificate for the services provided, signed by the Parties;
b) invoices;
c) conclusion of industrial safety expertise by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Contractor or in other ways that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
In case of concluding an agreement with a small and medium-sized business entity:
Payment for the services rendered is made by the Customer within 15 working days from the date of signing by the Parties of the acceptance certificate for the services rendered, subject to the provision of the Customer with a full set of documents for payment for the Services provided specified in this paragraph.

2. The obligations of the participants in the request for proposals related to the submission of proposals are secured by a forfeit in the amount of 2% of the initial (maximum) contract price (including taxes).
