The payment for the Services rendered is made within 30 (thirty) calendar days (for MSPS – within 15 (fifteen) working days) from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of delivery and acceptance of the services rendered, subject to the submission by the Contractor of the following documents:
a) accounts;
b) the act of delivery and acceptance of the services rendered, signed by the Parties;
c) invoices,
by transferring funds to the Contractor's settlement account specified in the Contract, and may also have another form of settlement that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.

6. If necessary, the Customer has the right to extend the deadline for accepting Proposals set in the Notice of the Request for proposals with notification of all participants.
