Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
- If the Participant does not belong to small and medium-sized businesses:
Payment for the Services rendered is made with a delay of 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the acceptance certificate of the services rendered, subject to the submission of the following documents by the Contractor:
a) accounts;
b) the acceptance certificate of the services rendered, signed by the Parties;
c) invoices,
by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Contractor or in other ways that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
- If the Participant belongs to small and medium-sized businesses:
Payment for the Services rendered is made within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of signing by the Parties of the acceptance certificate for the services rendered, provided that the Contractor submits the following documents:
a) accounts;
b) the acceptance certificate of the services rendered, signed by the Parties;
c) invoices,
by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Contractor or in other ways that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.

2. The obligations of the participants in the request for proposals related to the submission of proposals are secured by a forfeit in the amount of 2% of the initial (maximum) price of the contract (including taxes).
