Payment for the Services rendered is made for each stage of the Services with a delay
- for participants who are SMSPs, no more than 15 (fifteen) working days;
- for participants who are not SMEs for at least 60 (sixty) and no more than 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of acceptance of the services provided, provided that the Contractor submits the following documents:
a) accounts;
b) the act of acceptance of the services provided, signed by the Parties;
c) invoices,
d) laboratory research protocols
by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor or in other ways that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
