Sarov is a Closed City System State Corporation "Rosatom", the legal status is established by the Federal Law dated 14.07.1992 №3297-1 "About Closed City".
Resolution of the Russian Government dated 11.06.1996 # 693 approved the Regulations on the special regime in the Closed City, in which there are objects of the Ministry of the Russian Federation for Atomic Energy.
On the territory of Sarov establishes a special regime for the safe operation of the enterprises (organizations), which provides for restrictions on the nationals entry into its territory.
For entry into the Sarov must have a permit. Contractor shall promptly arrange their own travel documents in the city in accordance with the established rules. Entry permit issued to 90 calendar days. At the same turnaround time / deliveries under the agreement are not moved for a period of permission for entry.
