Payment terms:
Payment for the rendered Services is made within 30 calendar days (*within 15 working days, if the participant is SMA) from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of acceptance of the rendered services, provided that Submission by the Contractor of the following documents:
(a) Accounts;
b) the act of handover and acceptance of rendered services signed by the Parties;
c) invoices,
by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account or in other ways that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.

4. The winner of the request for proposals will be the participant who has collectively offered the best technical and economic conditions in accordance with this notice.
5. The contract on the results of the request for proposals, in case of determination of the winner, will be concluded within 20 (twenty) days, but not earlier than ten calendar days from the date of placement of the protocol on results procurement in a single information system.$
6. If necessary, the Customer shall have the right to extend the deadline for the acceptance of the Offers set in the Notice of the Request for Proposals with the notification of all participants.
