- Tank cleaning and preparatory work: During 60-90 (sixty – ninety) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act on the acceptance-delivery of executed works/intermediate acts of executed works in the form of KS-2, certificates of the cost of work performed in the form of KS-3, provided Contractor issued in accordance with the requirements of the NC RF invoices for the cleaning of tanks and preparatory work
- Examination of industrial safety of tanks: With deferred payment of 30 (thirty) days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act on acceptance and delivery of executed works/intermediate acts of executed works in the form of KS-2, certificates of the cost of work performed in the form of KS-3, provided the contractor Issued in accordance with the requirements of the tax code of the Russian Federation on the works on the examination of industrial safety.
If the contract is concluded with SMSP
- With deferred payment of 30 (thirty) days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act on acceptance and delivery of executed works/intermediate acts of executed works in the form of KS-2, certificates of the cost of work performed in the form of KS-3, provided the contractor Issued in accordance with the requirements of the tax code of the Russian Federation on the works on the examination of industrial safety.
Upon early execution of the contractor's work and acceptance by the customer, the customer shall be entitled to consider the date from which the payment period is calculated, the completion date of the work/work phase established by the work schedule (appendix 3).
