Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
- if the contract is concluded with a small and medium-sized business entity - within 15 (fifteen) working days after the parties have signed an act of acceptance and transfer of the services rendered and the Contractor has submitted the following documents:
a) accounts;
b) an act of acceptance and transfer of services rendered, signed by the Parties;
c) invoices.
- in other cases - with a delay of at least 30 (thirty) and no more than 60 (sixty) calendar days after the parties have signed an act of acceptance of the transfer of services provided and the Contractor has submitted the following documents:
a) accounts;
b) an act of acceptance and transfer of services rendered, signed by the Parties;
c) invoices.
Under this Agreement, legal interest is not calculated, accrued or paid on the amount of debt for the period of using the funds provided for in Article 317.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation or other similar provision of the regulatory legal act.
Delivery terms:
The term for the provision of services (start / end): March 2021 - December 2021.
