Payment terms:
Payment for the services rendered shall be made by the Customer with a delay of not less than 60 and not more than 90 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of services rendered and the submission of the relevant invoice by the Contractor (in accordance with clause 3.1 of the Draft Agreement). In the event that the agreement is concluded with the SIDS, the payment period is established in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
