Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment under this Agreement is made by the Customer within no less than 60 (sixty) and no more than 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of acceptance of the services rendered and the Contractor presenting the relevant invoice, provided that the services are provided properly. If the Participant belongs to small and medium-sized enterprises, then the payment term shall not exceed 15 (fifteen) business days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of acceptance of the services rendered. Settlements are made in cash, and may also have a different form of settlement, not contrary to the laws of the Russian Federation.
