Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
The calculation is made with a delay of no more than 30 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of delivery and acceptance of the services rendered, provided that the Contractor submits the following documents:
a) the act of delivery and acceptance of the services rendered, signed by the Parties;
b) invoices,
c) the conclusion of the industrial safety expertise,
if the contract is concluded with the SMSP, the payment term is established in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation within 15 (Fifteen) working days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of delivery and acceptance of the services rendered, provided that the Contractor submits the following documents:
a) the act of delivery and acceptance of the services rendered, signed by the Parties;
b) invoices,
c) the conclusion of the industrial safety expertise,
by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account or by other means that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
