Payment terms:
The payment for the rendered Services (Stage of Services) is made with a delay of 30 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of delivery and acceptance of the rendered services, subject to the provision by the Contractor of the following documents: a) the act of delivery and acceptance of the rendered Services (Stage of Services), signed by the Parties; b) invoice; c) conclusion of the EPB,
by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account or by other means that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation, including by transferring promissory notes, etc.
If the Bidder from among the MSPs is recognized as the winner of the Call for Bidding based on the results of the Bidding procedures, then the payment for the Services rendered (Stage of Services) is made within 7 working days from the date of signing by the Customer of the act of delivery and acceptance of the Services rendered (Stage of Services) signed and sent by the Contractor on the basis of the invoice issued by the Contractor by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account or in other ways that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation, including by transferring promissory notes, etc.
