Settlement for the rendered Services is made with a delay of 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of acceptance of the rendered services, provided that the Contractor submits the following documents:

by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor or in other ways not contrary to the laws of the Russian Federation.

Obligations of the participants in the request for proposals related to the submission of proposals are secured by a penalty in the amount of 2% of the initial (maximum) contract price (including taxes).
