Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
- If the Participant does not belong to small and medium-sized businesses:
Payment for the Services rendered is made with a delay of 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the acceptance certificate of the services rendered, subject to the submission of the following documents by the Contractor:
a) accounts;
b) the acceptance certificate of the services provided, signed by the Parties;
c) invoices,
by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Contractor or by other means that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
- If the Participant belongs to small and medium-sized businesses:
Payment for the Services rendered is made within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of signing by the Parties of the acceptance certificate for the services rendered, provided that the Contractor submits the following documents:
a) accounts;
b) the acceptance certificate of the services provided, signed by the Parties;
c) invoices,
by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Contractor or in other ways that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.

2. Offers are provided with a penalty in the amount of 2% of the initial (maximum) contract price (including taxes).

3. The organizer of the request for proposals has the right to conduct a price regulation procedure.
4. The winner of the request for proposals will be the participant who, in aggregate, proposed the best technical and economic conditions in accordance with this notice.
5. The contract based on the results of the request for proposals, if the winner is determined, will be concluded within 20 (twenty) days, but not earlier than ten calendar days from the date of posting the protocol on the results of the procurement in the unified information system.
6. If necessary, the Customer has the right to extend the deadline for accepting Proposals, set in the Notice of the request for proposals with notification of all participants.
