Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Payment under this Agreement is made by the Customer within 60 - 90 (no less than sixty, no more than ninety) days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of acceptance of the services rendered and the Contractor presenting the relevant invoice, provided that the services are provided properly.
If the contract is concluded with a small or medium-sized business, then the payment term is set in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation: "The term for payment of the services rendered under the contract (a separate stage of the contract) concluded based on the results of the procurement with a small and medium-sized business entity is not more than 15 (fifteen) business days from the date of signing by the customer of the act on acceptance of the services rendered under the contract (a separate stage of the contract)" .
