Payment terms:
Payment under this Agreement shall be made by the Customer with a deferral of at least 60 and not more than 90 calendar days after the Parties sign the acceptance certificate of the work performed and from the moment the invoice is issued.
If the participant from the SMEs is recognized as the winner of the purchase, the payment term is set with a delay of no more than 15 (fifteen) business days after the Parties sign the acceptance certificate of the work performed and from the moment the invoice is issued.
Payments for the rendered Services may be made in cash in the form of a transfer to the account of the Contractor or in other ways that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
