Payment terms:1. Авансирование первого этапа оказания услуг в размере 10% осуществляется в течение 30 (тридцати) календарных дней с даты подписания Договора при условии получения Обществом счета, выставленного Исполнителем.
Авансовые платежи в размере 10 % от стоимости следующих этапов оказания услуг выплачиваются не ранее чем за 30 календарных дней до даты начала соответствующего этапа оказания услуг при условии получения Заказчиком счета, выставленного Исполнителем.
2. Авансовый платеж пропорционально засчитывается в счет оплаты стоимости этапов Услуг.
3. Оплата за оказанные этапы Услуг производится в течение 30 (тридцати) календарных дней с даты подписания Сторонами Акта сдачи-приемки Услуг по этапу, на основании счета, выставленного Исполнителем.
Delivery terms:1. Место оказания услуг: Россия, Ярославская область, филиал ПАО «РусГидро» - «Каскад Верхневолжских ГЭС», Рыбинская ГЭС, Угличская ГЭС.
2. Услуги оказываются Исполнителем в следующие сроки:
начало: дата подписания Договора;
окончание: 30.05.2018.
