Payment of the contract price (of work performed) is made by the Customer in the following order: on the basis of the acceptance certificate of the work performed, signed by the Parties, with a delay of 30 (thirty) calendar days (for SMEs - within 15 (fifteen) working days) from the date of signing by the Parties of the delivery certificate -acceptance of the services provided, subject to the submission of the following documents by the Contractor:
a) accounts;
b) the acceptance certificate of the services rendered, signed by the Parties;
c) reporting documentation for each type of control,
by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Contractor, and may also have another form of payment that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation

2. Offers are provided with a penalty in the amount of 2% of the initial (maximum) contract price (including taxes).

3. The organizer of the request for proposals has the right to conduct a price regulation procedure.
4. The winner of the request for proposals will be the participant who, in aggregate, proposed the best technical and economic conditions in accordance with this notice.
5. The contract based on the results of the request for proposals, if the winner is determined, will be concluded within 20 (twenty) days, but not earlier than ten calendar days from the date of posting the protocol on the results of the procurement in the unified information system.
6. If necessary, the Customer has the right to extend the deadline for accepting Proposals, established in the Notice of the request for proposals with notification of all participants.
