Payment terms:Расчёты по договору производятся за фактически выполненные работы на основании выставленного Подрядчиком счета на оплату с отсрочкой не менее 60 календарных дней и не более 90 календарных дней с момента подписания Сторонами акта сдачи-приемки выполненных работ. Расчеты по договору производятся денежными средствами, а также могут иметь иную форму расчетов, не противоречащую законодательству РФ, в том числе передачей векселей.
