Payment terms:
Payment under this Agreement is made by the Customer with a delay of at least 60 and no more than 90 calendar days after the Parties sign the acceptance certificate of the work performed and from the moment the invoice is issued, provided that the services are provided properly.
For participants related to small / medium-sized enterprises, payment for services is made by the Customer with a delay of no more than 15 business days from the date of signing by the Customer of acts of acceptance of the Services on the basis of invoices issued by the Contractor.
