The Organizer has set a requirement as to the supplier's not being recorded in the register of mala fide suppliers. Supplier's compliance with this requirement shall be checked by the Organizer on their own.

Requirements to the bidders:
- Участник конкурса должен обладать необходимыми профессиональными знаниями и опытом, иметь ресурсные возможности (финансовыми, материально-техническими, производственными, трудовыми), управленческой компетентностью, опытом и репутацией;
- Участник конкурса должен обладать гражданской правоспособностью в полном объеме для заключения и исполнения Договора (должен быть зарегистрирован в установленном порядке и иметь соответствующие действующие лицензии на выполнение видов деятельности в рамках Договора;
- Участник конкурса не должен являться неплатежеспособным или банкротом, находится в процессе ликвидации, на имущество Участника конкурса в части, существенной для исполнения договора, не должен быть наложен арест, экономическая деятельность Участника конкурса не должна быть приостановлена;
- Участник должен соответствовать иным требованиям, установленным Конкурсной документацией

Конкурсные заявки предоставляются через ЭТП www.b2b-mrsk.ru со дня размещения извещения и до даты и времени вскрытия конвертов с заявками. Заявки должны быть оформлены в соответствии с требованиями конкурсной документации Заказчика
Contract award criteria:
It is assumed that the results of the competition and the signing of the protocol on its results between the Customer and the Winner will be carried out within 60 days from the date of the deadline for submission of applications for participation in the competition. The customer has the right, if necessary, to change this period.
Contract conclusion date:
The contract between the Customer and the Winner of the Competition is signed on the basis of the Protocol summarizing the competition, within 20 business days, but not earlier than 10 calendar days from the date of posting information about the competition results on the official website www.zakupki.gov.ru.
