Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:payment under this Agreement shall be made by the customer with a delay of 30 (thirty) days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of acceptance of the services rendered and the presentation of the relevant invoice by the contractor, provided that the services are provided with appropriate Way.
Settlements under the contract are made by transferring funds to the contractor's settlement account, and may also have a different form of settlements that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
