Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:the order and terms of payment: Payment is made monthly. Security Organization at the end of the month, provides the customer with invoice and two instances of the Act works performed for the current month. One copy of the completed works with signature and seal of the customer is returned to the security organization. Within 10 working days from the moment of signing of the Act by the employer of the work performed, in accordance with the issued security organization account lists the amount of monthly payment.
