on the fact of rendering of services and performance of Works executor provides the primary accounting and reporting documents (invoices and acts of executed works on the form of KS-2, KS-3) on the day of acceptance of works, but, at least, not later than 25 number of the reporting Month on the basis of approved documentation. If there is no technical possibility to provide the customer with the originals of invoices and acts of executed works within the specified time, the executor is obliged to provide facsimile (scanned) copies of these documents within the same period.
The customer shall, within 3 (three) days from the date of receipt of each of the executed works, directed and signed by the executor, in accordance with its contents, sign it for its part and send it to the executor, or provide a reasoned waiver of Acceptance of works. In case of failure to submit a reasoned refusal of the acceptance of works within 3 (three) days from the date of receipt of the Act by the customer, the work specified in the Act shall be considered accepted. In case of a reasoned refusal of the customer to accept the work, a two-sided act is drawn up with a list of necessary modifications and terms of execution.
Calculations for actually executed works are made within 30 (thirty) working days after signing of the act of executed works, on the basis of invoice, by transfer of funds to the account of the executor specified in the contract.
