Payment terms:Form and payment procedure: Cashless payments. Payment for the first phase of the provision of services in the amount of not more than 65% (sixty-five per cent) of the total cost of the contract shall be made by bank transfer within 30 (thirty) calendar days after the parties sign an act of acceptance services rendered and providing account-invoice. The payment for the second phase of the provision of services in the amount of not more than 35% (thirty-five percent) of the total cost of the contract shall be made by bank transfer within 30 (thirty) calendar days after the parties sign an act of acceptance services rendered and providing account-invoice.
Delivery terms:term of provision of services: Provision of evaluation services-from the moment of conclusion of the contract. The first phase: presentation of the preliminary draft of the evaluation report for the harmonization of the customer by no later than 10 (ten) working days from the moment of providing all necessary information for the assessment based on information request evaluator. Ending the provision of evaluation services-not later than 5 (Five) working days since the consideration of the draft report on the evaluation of the customer. Second stage: is carried out if necessary, according to the official written request of the customer, but not later than 2 (Two) years from the date of conclusion of the contract. Presentation of the preliminary draft report for consideration by the customer by no later than 10 (ten) working days from the moment of providing all necessary information for the assessment on the basis of the request for information the Executive Director. Completion of the second phase of the services not later than 5 (Five) working days since the consideration of the draft report on the evaluation after updating the customer or, in the case of corporate procedures to deal with appraised property, from the date of receipt of the Protocol of the Board PJSC Rosseti and/or Protocol of the Board of Directors of OJSC «Mrsk of CENTR. The customer has the right to take unilateral action was not necessary in the provision of services on the second stage, sending Party notice in writing. In this case, the contract shall be executed by the parties.

This procedure is also not public competition and is not governed by the articles of part two 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The organizer has the right to refuse all applications received for any reason or to terminate the query procedure prices at any time without incurring any liability to participants.

In case of refusal to carry out the procedure request prices all Parties who participate in the price request via the ELECTRONIC TRADING, will receive appropriate notice in the order established by the rules of the system.
