The contract is made by cashless settlement within 30 (thirty) working days after the signing by the Parties of the act of acceptance and delivery of the rendered services and provision of the invoice or invoice.
If there is no need, second stage services are not provided, and the second stage is not paid.

The first stage-rendering of services on estimation of market value of 100% of a stake of JSC "Voronezh Gorelektronetwork":
- Preparation and submission of the preliminary draft of the assessment report for consideration by the customer shall be made not later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the moment of providing all the necessary documentation for the evaluation;
- Completion of services in the first phase – no later than 5 (five) business days from the date of consideration by the customer of the draft assessment report or, in the case of corporate procedures for the transaction with the object of valuation, from the moment of receiving the minutes of the board of Directors PJSC "Mrsk Center", but not later than 31.12.2019.
The second stage-support of the examination of the SRO Assessment report prepared by the appraiser and the provision of a positive expert opinion:
It is carried out if necessary at the official written request of the customer, but not later than 2 (two) years from the moment of conclusion of the Agreement:
- Term of rendering services in the second stage – no more than 10 (ten) working days from the moment of sending of the official written request by the customer;
- Completion of services in the second stage – not later than 5 (five) working days from the moment of consideration of expert opinion on the report on evaluation by the customer or, in case of corporate procedures for the transaction with the valued property, from the moment of receiving Protocol of the Board of Directors of PJSC "Mrsk Center", but not later than 31.12.2019.
In case of violation of terms of rendering services, PJSC "Mrsk Center" has the right to impose on executor a fine in the amount of 0.1% (one tenth percent) from the cost of rendered services for each day of delay under the contract.
The customer has the right to make a unilateral decision on the absence of necessity to render services in the second stage of rendering services by sending a notice in written form to the appraiser. In this case the agreement shall be deemed to be executed by the parties.
