Auto-extension

Payment terms:Аванс в размере 20% от общей стоимости услуг оплачивается заказчиком после подписания сторонами настоящего договора в течение трех рабочих дней с момента выставления исполнителем счета на оплату. Второй аванс в размере 70% - по окончанию работ, определенных Этапом 1, 2 Технического задания, на основании выставленного исполнителем счета. Окончательный расчет производится после подписания сторонами Акта сдачи-приемки услуг по договору в течение 5 рабочих дней с даты его подписания, на основании счета, выставленного исполнителем.
Delivery terms:Услуги считаются оказанными в полном объеме и с надлежащим качеством и принятыми Заказчиком, если в течение 10 (десяти) рабочих дней после передачи результатов оказания Услуг и акта приема-сдачи оказанных Услуг Заказчиком не будут предоставлены Исполнителю письменные мотивированные замечания или возражения.
