Auto-extension

Payment terms:
The Subscriber pays the Contract price in advance payments based on the invoices issued by the Distributor in the following order:
- first advance payment (for the first half of 2022) — no later than 10 (Ten) calendar days from the date of signing the Agreement;
- second advance payment (for the second half of 2022) - within 15 (Fifteen) calendar days from the date of invoice issued by the Distributor.
Terms of delivery:
Under the terms of the Agreement, the Distributor undertakes to place orders for Publications in the relevant publishing houses, packaging, labeling and delivering the Publications to the Subscriber (hereinafter referred to as the "Services"), and The Subscriber undertakes to accept the Services and pay the Contract price.
By Publications, the Parties mean periodicals (newspapers and magazines) specified in the Specification (Appendix No. 1 to the Agreement).
The range, quantity and price of each periodical are specified in the Specification, which is an integral part of the Agreement (Appendix No. 1 to the Agreement).
