Обоснование: О признании Заявки соответствующей условиям запроса предложений.
ФБУ «ВОРОНЕЖСКИЙ ЦСМ», 394018, г. Воронеж, ул. Станкевича, д. 2 признать удовлетворяющей по существу условиям открытого запроса предложений.
О признании открытого запроса предложений несостоявшимся.
Предлагается признать открытый запрос предложений несостоявшимся в соответствии с 3.10.1 (а) закупочной документации, поскольку на момент окончания подачи Заявок подана только одна Заявка.
О проведении закупки у единственного Исполнителя.
В связи с тем, что проведение новой процедуры на право заключения Договора на оказание услуг по поверке и испытанию средств измерений для нужд ПАО «МРСК Центра» (филиала «Воронежэнерго») нецелесообразно, а участник закупки соответствует требованиям документации о закупке и предоставленная Заявка приемлема и соответствует требованиям Извещения о проведении закупки и документации о закупке, в соответствии с п. 7.5.5 «Единого стандарта закупок ПАО «Россети» (Положения о закупке)», предлагается принять решение, о заключении договора с единственным Исполнителем – ФБУ «ВОРОНЕЖСКИЙ ЦСМ», 394018, г. Воронеж, ул. Станкевича, д. 2 на следующих условиях:
• 6 757 639,00 рублей (шесть миллионов семьсот пятьдесят семь тысяч шестьсот тридцать девять рублей, 00 коп.) без НДС;
• 1 216 375,02 рублей (один миллион двести шестнадцать тысяч триста семьдесят пять рублей, 02 коп.) НДС;
• 7 974 014,02 рублей (семь миллионов девятьсот семьдесят четыре тысячи четырнадцать рублей, 02 коп.) с учетом НДС;
- условия оплаты: в соответствии с «Письмом о подаче оферты» - безналичный расчет, оплата производится в течение 30 (тридцати) рабочих дней с момента подписания сторонами акта об оказании услуг и предоставления счет-фактуры (в случае, если договор заключается с субъектом малого и среднего предпринимательства, срок оплаты не может превышать 30 календарных дней с момента подписания вышеуказанных документов (в соответствии с Постановлением Правительства от 11.12.2014 №1352-ПП "Об особенностях участия субъектов малого и среднего предпринимательства в закупках товаров, работ, услуг отдельными видами юридических лиц"));
- срок оказания услуг: в соответствии с «Письмом о подаче оферты» - с даты заключения Договора по 25.12.2018г.
