Payment terms:
The Customer pays for the services upon the provision of each stage of the Services within 30 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Acceptance Certificate for the services rendered by the stage, subject to the provision by the Contractor of the originals of payment documents (invoices, invoices), as well as documents provided for in the Terms of Reference (Appendix 1) either from the day the Contractor is notified of the offset of counter-homogeneous claims.
Delivery terms:
Services are provided by the Contractor (co-contractors), in a laboratory accredited in the prescribed manner in the field of ensuring the uniformity of measuring instruments.
The transfer of devices sent for verification to the Contractor and the return of the devices to the Customer is carried out in accordance with the Act of acceptance and transfer of devices.
By written agreement of the Customer, the Contractor has the right to provide Services on the territory of the Customer, located at the address: 427620, Udmurt Republic, Glazov, st. Belova, 7, bldg. 103, - using mobile calibration facilities in compliance with the norms and rules of radiation safety and labor protection in accordance with the current legislation and be responsible for their observance.
