Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 11.06.1996 No. 693 approved the Regulation on ensuring a special regime in a closed administrative-territorial entity, on the territory of which the facilities of the Ministry of the Russian Federation for Atomic Energy are located.
On the territory of the closed city of Sarov, a special regime for the safe operation of enterprises (organizations) has been established, which provides for restrictions on the entry of citizens into its territory.
A pass is required to enter the closed city of Sarov. The contractor is independently obliged to timely draw up documents for entering the city in accordance with the established rules.
