Payment terms:
Payment for services is made under the Agreement by the Customer on the basis of invoices issued by the Contractor, or an act of work performed (primary accounting documents), with a deferred payment of at least 60 days and no more than 90 days. For participants related to small / medium-sized businesses, payment for the Services is made by the Customer with a delay of no more than 15 working days from the date of provision of the Service.
The deferred payment is calculated from the moment of signing the primary accounting documents, provided that the Contractor provides invoices drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code. The primary accounting documents are signed by the Parties on a monthly basis no earlier than the 25th day of each month.
