| Requirements to the participants: | Чтобы претендовать на победу в конкурсе и получить право заключить с Заказчиком Договор, Участник конкурса должен отвечать следующим требованиям:
- обладать гражданской правоспособностью в полном объеме для заключения и исполнения договора;
- не являться неплатежеспособным, банкротом, не находиться в процессе ликвидации, на имущество Участника конкурса в части, существенной для исполнения договора, не должен быть наложен арест, его экономическая деятельность не должна быть приостановлена;
- обладать необходимыми для выполнения договора профессиональными знаниями и опытом, управленческой компетентностью и репутацией, иметь ресурсные возможности (финансовые, материально-технические, трудовые);
- не иметь отрицательного опыта по работе с ОАО «МОЭСК», а также с другими Заказчиками;
- иным требованиям, установленным Конкурсной документацией. |
