Two-stage procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

Payment terms:Оплата по Договору осуществляется следующим образом:
1. (СУ) Авансовый платеж за первый этап Услуг в размере 10 (десяти) % от стоимости первого этапа выплачивается в течение 30 (тридцати) календарных дней с даты подписания Договора и при условии получения Заказчиком счета, выставленного Исполнителем.
2. (СУ) Авансовые платежи за последующие этапы Услуг в размере 10 (десяти)% от стоимости соответствующего этапа выплачиваются не ранее чем за 30 календарных дней до даты начала выполнения таких этапов услуг при условии получения Заказчиком счета, выставленного Исполнителем.
3. (СУ) В случае, если совокупный размер выплачиваемых в целом по договору авансов составляет 5 000 000 (Пять миллионов) рублей и более (без учета НДС), Исполнителем, предоставляется обеспечение исполнения обязательств по возврату предварительной оплаты (аванса). При этом обеспечение исполнения обязательств должно быть предоставлено не позднее, чем за 3 рабочих дня до предполагаемой даты выплаты очередного авансового платежа, по факту выплаты которого совокупная сумма авансовых платежей превысит 5 000 000 (пять миллионов) рублей (без учета НДС).
Обеспечением исполнения обязательств по возврату предварительной оплаты (аванса) по договору является банковская гарантия. Требования к банку-гаранту приведены в Приложении №6 к настоящему Договору.
4. (СУ) Окончательные платежи за каждый этап Услуг Договора в размере 90 (девяносто) % от стоимости соответствующего этапа выплачиваются в течение 30 (тридцати) календарных дней с даты подписания Сторонами Акта сдачи-приемки Услуг по соответствующему этапу Услуг на основании счета, выставленного Исполнителем
